Cancellation Policy

Once your appointmenmt is booked and your booking fee is paid, your booking fee will not be refunded. If you cancel your scheduled appointment at least 10 days prior to that day, you will be permitted to use your booking fee toward the rescheduled day. If you cancel less than 10 days prior to your appointment, you will lose your booking fee and will be required to place a new booking fee if you wish to reschedule. Your booking fee is good for one reschedule. If you reschedule more than once, you will be required to submit a new booking fee for your rescheduled session.
